History
1926 – Built as a hotel and quickly became famous and one of the premier stops in Benton Harbor.
Late 1920’s – Al Capone was a frequent customer. During his stays, he would rent out the entire 8th floor, which was quickly redesigned for his taste.
1979 – $4 Million in renovations and updates
1989 – Renovations and added commercial office suites
2010 – Renovations and added business center suites
2016 – Renovations and added luxury residential suites
